Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with molybdenum, copper, and titanium additions. Excellent resistance to both sulfuric and phosphoric acids, as well as sour gas (H₂S) environments. Positioned between stainless steel and higher-nickel alloys like Inconel 625 — more economical than Inconel while significantly outperforming duplex in highly acidic or H₂S-rich environments.
