Copper Nickel 70/30 (C71500) is the premium CuNi alloy with 30% nickel — significantly higher than the 90/10 grade. Superior corrosion resistance in aggressive marine environments, higher strength, and better resistance to impingement attack at higher flow velocities (up to 4.5 m/s vs 3 m/s for 90/10). The preferred grade for desalination plants, naval vessels, and high-velocity seawater piping systems.
